ANRIA family members celebrated a fantastic DESERT SAFARI Day out on Friday 29-January-2010. The event was attended by members and their families. Sincere thanks to all the members & their families participated in Desert Safari 2010 & to make the event a great success. The day was filled with lot of fun fare activities, special Arabic delicacies and a grand dinner.

Special thanks to Mr. Santosh Menon for organizing this program in a such a grand manner with variety of entertainment activities and  Mr. Simon Paul - Stafford Karama, Mr. Thankachan Koratty and Mr. Sunny Joseph – Offico member.

We started the Safari at 4:15pm from Karama Centre to Al Awir Kalba Deserts. From there we were grouped into 8 groups of 4x4 Dune Bashing.  Around It was one of the tremendous experience for all of us. After an hour of Dune Bashing, we moved on to the legendry Arabian Camel Ride, Buggy Riding  at our camp site.  All our members and family enjoyed Camel Ride at the camp site.

Followed by the delicacies … steaming from  Gava, Dates, Tea, Coffee, Refreshments, Photoshoot, Henna Painting, Volley ball & Sheesha.

In the meantime our delicious BBQ dinner was getting ready  & after the dinner the most excited & awaited announcement….Belly Dancing is going to start.. and all of us enjoyed the show.

Our Safari wind up by 8.00pm where our Cruizers were waiting to drop us back at the exit point. We all reached safe & sound at Karama Centre by 9 pm.

A fabulous  memory to cherish.
